The feedback loop, closed
In the GPS ecosystem, communities are not the end of a pipeline — they are actors who orbit the whole platform. What a community identifies as a challenge becomes a research question; what a pilot proves becomes policy; what policy enables becomes enterprise. Each initiative is documented as an impact story with the narrative arc: knowledge → partnership → implementation → impact.
